FAQs

Our newly renovated and custom designed premises are now located at 3/9 Ascot Road, Ballina - ample on and off street parking available

What are your opening hours?

We're open from 10am til 6pm Monday to Friday; 9am til 2pm Saturdays, and always open online - our online portal allows you to make lesson enquiries, book the recording studios, and secure your repair booking slot, as well as shopping our boutique brands!

IS the Instrument I’m looking at online the same one I’d get if I bought it?

Absolutely! We take detailed pictures of our hand made instruments, and update the site based on current availability. What you see is exactly what you’ll get.

Do I need to own an instrument to get lessons?

We recommend you either own, or rent, an instrument to get lessons - now that doesn’t mean you need to go for a full drumset, or a top of the line guitar - talk to us about options for practice instruments, and of course we provide rental services over 6, 12, or 36 months on a wide variety of instruments and equipment through Studio 19 if you’re not ready to buy.

I’m interested in attending a clinic, workshop or event - are they all ages?

We’re a family friendly store, and welcome all ages and abilities to our events - we don’t serve alcohol, and we always have staff on hand with current Working With Children checks on any event we host.
